ACH Transfer Rejections
Deposits
If a fund deposit is rejected, your account will be suspended, a $20 ACH return fee will be charged and a 3 business day fund transfer restriction will be applied to your account. Additionally, if the funds had been credited to your account before the rejection, the funds will be deducted from your account.
Please contact Ustocktrade Support to re-activate your account.
If the transfer rejection creates a negative fund balance in your account, you will have 24 hours to cover the balance by transferring funds and/or selling any existing positions.
Failure to meet a negative cash balance due to a fund transfer rejections will be subject your account to forced liquidations and if a negative balance remains, will be referred to collections.
Withdrawals
If a fund withdrawal is rejected, the funds will be credited back to your Ustocktrade account.
Accounts with fund transfer rejections
The 3 business day fund transfer restriction will be in effect for at least 90 days from your last fund deposit rejection. Fund deposits in restricted accounts will take 3 business days to be available in your Ustocktrade account. This restriction does not apply to fund withdrawals.
If another fund deposit is rejected, the 90 days will be reset from this date.
